DONATE TO BABI

[ Needs | Key Areas | How Will Funds Be Used? | How To Donate ]

BABI -- and the youth of our community -- need your help. [See several recent Stories on Homelessness]. We face serious financial pressure.

Government funding cannot keep pace with the cost of providing key human services in the growing Wynnum/Redlands community, which has been termed
by state officials 'one of the fastest growing parts of the fastest growing region in the fastest growing state in Australia.'

Our Homelessness Program is struggling to cover costs. Despite the desperate circumstances of many of our clients, we have no funds to employ a dedicated full-time counsellor. We'd love to extend the scope of assistance we provide, but we simply don't have the funds to meet the growing demand for our services.

We do what we can – and more – but all too often, we are forced to turn away young people and families in need. That's heart-breaking.

BABI is an income tax exempt charitable entity. Please help BABI with a tax deductible contribution.

BABI is registered as a Public Benevolent Institution and is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient.  All donations to BABI over $2.00 are tax deductible.

Bayside Adolescent Boarding Inc is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act [PDF] 1981 - IA00657, and complies with the Office of Fair Trading legislative requirements.

Bequest

Making a Will is an important thing to do: it gives you the opportunity to safeguard what is important to you, and to communicate how you want your assets to be managed. Including a gift to BABI is one way to continue your support for our work with youth and families.

You can consult our Bequest Form for suggested language, but we advise
consultation with your attorney or legal adviser before making a formal change
to your Will.

Please consider making a Bequest to BABI as part of your legacy.
