Welcome to Bayside Adolescent Boarding Incorporated

Governance

Bayside Adolescent Boarding Incorporated [BABI Youth & Family Support] is governed by a Management Committee responsible for the development of the strategic vision of the organisation, and for monitoring professionalism and compliance.

Management Committee members are volunteers, and all positions are non-remunerated.

The BABI CEO is responsible for directing resources, staff and operations in order to achieve strategic goals as set out by the Management Committee.

The role of BABI CEO is a salaried position.

The Management Committee usually meets once a month except in the month when the Annual General Meeting is held.

Current BABI Members may nominate and vote for the election of the Management Committee, and the number of general members is unrestricted under the Rules of the Association.

Community members are always welcome to nominate for the Board so that individual, personal and professional skills may enrich the expertise available on the Board of Management. A telephone call is all that it will take.
