Complaints
To develop and improve BABI services, BABI would like to know what you think. As well as aspects you found useful, please share how BABI can improve.
BABI treats all complaints seriously. Your confidentiality will be maintained at all times, except in circumstances where there is an immediate threat to you or to a person being accused, or as required by legislation.
Anonymous complaints will be accepted and acted upon, however if insufficient information is provided, it may impact on how BABI can deal with the complaint.
